10-Minute Total Body Workout for Your Work Break

These days, it seems like I never have enough time. Between seminary, working FT, my blog, home business, and having three kids…well, it isn’t always easy finding time to work out. Even my NANBF-certified bodybuilder husband, Kirk, has had a hard time fitting in his workouts since Christian was born…and he’s a stay-at-home dad!

My breaks at work are spent pumping breast milk, and afterwards I’ve got about 10 minutes to hang out. Now, I think you know where this is going. I used to be one of those people who if they didn’t get in a 3-hour workout, it wasn’t good enough. Let’s try to rationalize that for a second, ok? So, you skip your workout that day because you only have 10 minutes to get it in. This goes on for days, weeks, months….then you get soft. Does that even make sense? No.

So, here is a great total body workout you can do in just 10 minutes! You have to promise me that you will GIVE IT YOUR ALL!!
